One-third of the food we buy ends up been thrown out! Dun-Laoghaire rathdown County Council are hgolding a free talk on prevention food-waste prevention and composting in the County Hall on Wednesday March 9.

Nuala Madigan from the Stop Food Waste team offers participants an overview of food waste prevention techniques for the home and an introduction to the various home composting methods available today. Each participant will get a stop food waste brochure.
